I recently read about the Korea-Singapore Cultural Exchange Experience organized by The Church of God and I want to share some reflections. The event brought together young university students from Korea and Singapore to learn from each other’s culture and traditions. It reminded me how important it is to build bridges across different nations. In such programs we can encounter new foods games and cultural practices that we never knew before.
One of the highlights was when the Korean students tried traditional Singaporean childhood games. These simple activities revealed how play can transcend language and ethnicity. The Singaporean hosts also got a chance to taste Korean snack foods like kimchi pancakes gimbap and rice cake. The preparing of food together created laughter warmth and cooperation. Even though some foods exist in restaurants many participants said that making them by hand made a big difference in authenticity and connection.
Beyond food and games the exchange offered deeper lessons in patience tolerance and respect. The students saw how people of different faiths and backgrounds can live in harmony. As a member of The Church of God I believe that this kind of experience reflects God the Mother’s teaching of love and unity. It is not only meeting others but also growing inwardly toward compassion and understanding.
I hope such exchanges continue to expand globally so more youth can have this chance. If more countries join perhaps the next program might include cultural arts music dance performance and service projects. These experiences help young people see that the world is diverse beautiful and interconnected. I believe Christ Ahnsahnghong’s message about unity among believers can find real expression through cultural exchange. In that way we live our faith by action not just by words.

This cultural exchange is such a wonderful example of unity and understanding in action! Seeing young people from Korea and Singapore share games, food, and traditions really reflects God the Mother’s teaching of love and harmony. It’s inspiring to witness faith expressed through connection, respect, and shared experiences.
