Why the Church of God Follows Ahnsahnghong?
World Mission Society Church of God is often seen as different from other churches, especially because it follows the teachings of Ahnsahnghong. To some, this may seem unusual or unfamiliar. However, there is a clear and biblical reason for this belief, and it can be found directly in the Bible.
Revelation 5:1-5 Then I saw in the right hand of him who sat on the throne a scroll with writing on both sides and sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and open the scroll?” But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.In Revelation chapter 5, the Bible describes a scroll sealed with seven seals in the hand of God. This scroll represents the truth of salvation, yet no one in heaven, on earth, or under the earth was able to open it. This means that without someone to open the seals, no one could understand the truth of salvation. The Apostle John wept greatly at this reality, until he was told that the Root of David would come and open the scroll.
This shows that there is only one figure who can reveal the hidden truth of the Bible, and that is the Root of David. The Bible also prophesies in the Old Testament that in the last days, people must seek David to receive God’s grace(Hosea 3:5). Therefore, both the Old and New Testaments consistently testify that salvation in the last days depends on finding the Root of David.
Who is the Root of David?
Revelation 22:16 I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.In Revelation 22:16, Jesus Himself said that He is the Root of David. However, this does not refer to His first coming. The prophecies clearly indicate that the Root of David appears in the last days to open what was once sealed. This means He must come again as the Second Coming Christ.
Then how can we recognize Him? Isaiah 55:3 speaks of the everlasting covenant as the sign given to David. According to following verses, this everlasting covenant is the Passover of the New Covenant.
Isaiah 55:3 Give ear and come to me; listen, that you may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to DavidHebrews 13:20 Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep,
Matthew 26:28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Luke 22:20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.
History shows that the Passover of the New Covenant was abolished for over 1,700 years. Yet in these last days, Christ Ahnsahnghong restored this truth, fulfilling the prophecy of the Root of David. Through Him, the sealed truths of the Bible have been opened, and the way to salvation has been revealed once again.
If there is only one who can reveal the truth of salvation, then recognizing that figure is not optional but essential. The Bible clearly testifies that the Root of David would appear in the last days and restore the sealed truth. Christ Ahnsahnghong fulfilled this prophecy by restoring the Passover of the New Covenant, the everlasting covenant that had been lost for centuries.This is why the Church of God follows Christ Ahnsahnghong. It is not a matter of preference or tradition, but a matter of salvation. When the Bible provides the standard, and when that standard is fulfilled, the only reasonable response is to follow.
Rather than relying on human thoughts or familiar customs, we should ask a more important question: Who has revealed the truth of life according to the Bible? Once we find that answer, the direction we must take becomes clear.
We should follow the Root of David, Christ Ahnsahnghong!
The prophecy of the Root of David is truly important for our salvation. Without Him, no one can understand the sealed truth in the Bible. Christ Ahnsahnghong opened this truth by restoring the Passover. Through this, we can receive the promise of eternal life.

This is because Ahnsahnghong, the Root of David, came and established the Church of God through the Passover, the eternal covenant.
The connection between the Root of David and the everlasting covenant is especially meaningful. It is amazing to see how the Passover of the New Covenant was restored in the last days. The fact that Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the Passover of the New Covenant is especially powerful.
At the end of the age, we must meet Ahn Sahng-hong, who is the Root of David. This is because only the church established by the Root of David can correctly interpret the Bible. Therefore, let us believe in and follow Ahn Sahng-hong, the Root of David, who brought back the Passover as the clear evidence.
The Bible says that only root of David could revealed the Bible. In the last day, our second comimg christ will come to this earth who is reality of root of David. only those who meet our root of David will receive the blessing of eternal life because only root of David could let us know the secret of Heaven in the Bible.
The Bible testifies that only the Root of David can reveal the truth of salvation.
It is important to understand who fulfilled that prophecy. I’m thankful to Christ Ahnsahnghong for restoring the New Covenant Passover and allowing us to receive salvation.
The Church of God follows Christ Ahnsahnghong because it is a matter of salvation based on the Bible. Instead of human traditions, we should follow the truth of life revealed through the Bible.
If the truth was sealed, someone must come to open it. The Bible shows that only the Root of David has that authority. Only the one who can open the sealed truth can lead us to salvation. Through Christ Ahnsahnghong, the truth of the New Covenant has been revealed again.
The Root of David is the second coming Jesus, Christ Ahnsahnghong! We should follow the Christ and receive the eternal life!
