God let Adam and Eve live in the Garden of Eden, and He put the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Then, He commanded them not to eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Ge 2:16-17 ... but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.
But they were deceived by the Satan, ate the fruit, and came to die. Because of this, all mankind became subject to death.
Then, how can mankind live again?
Ge 3:22 ... and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.
Even the sinners, who came to die as the result of eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, could live forever if they only ate from the tree of life. However, God blocked the way to the tree of life.
Ge 3:24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
If anyone can allow sinners to eat from the tree of life again, it must be God.
Then, what is the reality of the tree of life?
Jn 6:54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life ...
In Eden, eating from the tree of life was said to give eternal life, and here, it says that eating Jesus' flesh and drinking His blood gives eternal life.
So, Jesus' flesh and blood are the reality of the tree of life. Then, how can we eat and drink Jesus' flesh and blood?
Mt 26:26-28 While they were eating, Jesus took bread ... "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took a cup ... "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."
The Passover is the way to eat Jesus' flesh and drink His blood, which is the reality of the tree of life.
Let us think about the history of Eden.
Who can allow us to eat from the tree of life that was blocked in Eden? Only God.
Jn 10:10 I[Jesus] have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
What must those who died from eating the forbidden fruit eat to gain life? The tree of life.
What shows us the way to eat from the tree of life? The Passover.
So, to teach us the truth of the tree of life, which is the Passover, Jesus, who is God, came to earth.
However, in A.D. 325, the devil abolished the Passover at the Council of Nicaea.
Without the truth of the tree of life, which is the Passover, can we be saved? No, we cannot.
That is why the Bible says Jesus will come again.
Heb 9:28 Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
When Jesus comes the second time, He must bring the Passover to give mankind eternal life.
According to the this, who has brought the Passover truth today? It is Christ Ahnsahnghong.
Since the Passover was abolished, there have been so many religious leaders for about 1,600 years, but none of them have been able to restore the Passover. It's because they are not God.
No one except God can restore the truth of the Passover.
Therefore Christ Ahnsahnghong, who has given us eternal life through the Passover, is God.
