Many people say they believe in God, but what does it truly mean to belong to Him? Is it simply about having faith, or is there a clear way given in the Bible? If we truly belong to God, there must be a definite sign and a truth that connects us to Him.

John 6:53–56 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them.

Jesus said that whoever eats His flesh and drinks His blood remains in Him, and He in them. Then how can we eat His flesh and drink His blood? Is it only symbolic, or is there a true way given by God?

Matthew‬ ‭26‬:‭17‬-‭19‬, ‭26‬-‭28‬ On the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” He replied, “Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’ ” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. … While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

Jesus kept the Passover with His disciples. He gave the bread as His body and the wine as His blood, teaching them the way to participate in His flesh and blood. Through this, He clearly showed the truth.

Luke 22:20 In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.

This Passover was established as the Passover of the New Covenant. Then what happens when we keep the Passover? By keeping it, we can remain in God and become those who truly belong to Him. God Ahnsahnghong promised eternal life to those who follow this truth.

What kind of blessing is eternal life? It is the promise of entering the Kingdom of Heaven, where there is no more death, sorrow, crying, or pain. Can there be any greater hope than this?

Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭4‬ He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.
