God came to this earth in the flesh to save humanity.

2,000 years ago, God lived a life of sacrifice, personally coming in the flesh to save the children of heaven.

Jesus took the place of humanity's sins and became the atoning sacrifice on the cross.

Jesus established a new covenant to bestow the blessings of forgiveness of sins and eternal life upon those who eat the bread and drink the wine of the Passover.

By keeping the New Covenant Passover established through the sacrifice of Jesus, anyone can obtain salvation.

The New Covenant Passover was abolished at the Council of Nicaea in AD 325, after the deaths of Jesus and the apostles.

There is a prophecy that Christ will return to save the children of heaven.

So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

 

The reason God came to this earth a second time is because He loves the children of heaven.
