The Members of the Church of God Are Invited to the Heavenly Wedding Banquet Two thousand years ago, Jesus likened our salvation and entry into the kingdom of heaven to being invited to a wedding banquet to testify about Heavenly Mother, who will appear with God the Father and give the water of life to humanity in the last age of the Holy Spirit. At Jesus’ first coming, the time had not yet come for the Bride to appear, so only the Bridegroom and the guests were mentioned in Jesus’ parables, but the Bible prophesies that the Bride, as the Wife of the Lamb, that is, Heavenly Mother, Heavenly Jerusalem, will appear in the last days.
