Rev 22:18-19 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.
If we desire to believe in God and receive salvation, we must never add to or subtract from God's words with our own thoughts.
Among God's words, let us think about the Sabbath day.
Ge 2:1-3 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
Ex 20:8 Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
God commanded us to keep the seventh day as the Sabbath day.
God warned that if anyone adds to or subtracts from His words, they will never be saved.
Keeping the Sabbath is an absolute words of God.
Therefore, we must keep the Sabbath/
Then, what day is the Sabbath?
The biblical Sabbath is Saturday, not Sunday(Mk 16:9, 16:1-2).
Today, many churches around the world keep Sunday worship.
However, Sunday is not the Sabbath, but the first day of the week.
Therefore, keeping Sunday instead of the Sabbath is adding to and subtracting from God’s word. In other words, it is not obeying God’s word.
Then what will happen to those who do such things?
They will not enter the kingdom of heaven but receive plagues, just as the Bible says.
Therefore, we must remember God's words forbidding us from adding to or subtracting from the Bible, and keep the seventh day Sabbath holy, as God commanded.
The World Mission Society Church of God, where Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother dwell, keep the Sabbath day holy.
