Why Does the Church of God Believe in Both God the Father and God the Mother?

The Church of God believes not only in God the Father but also in God the Mother.

Outside the Church of God, it is difficult to find people who believe in both God the Father and God the Mother.

Why is that?

1. Because They Are Not in the New Covenant

The Bible prophesies that only God's people who keep the New Covenant will come to know God fully.
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the people of Israel and with the people of Judah... I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest... For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."
Jeremiah 31:31–34

According to this prophecy, God becomes the God of those who keep the laws of the New Covenant written on their hearts, and they alone become His people.

2. The New Covenant Enables Us to Know God Fully

God declared that only those who keep the New Covenant truly know Him.
"No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest... For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more," declares the LORD.
Jeremiah 31:34

The Bible says there is no need to tell those who keep the New Covenant to "know the LORD," because they already know Him—from the least to the greatest.

In other words, if God's people know Him completely, that understanding naturally includes knowing both God the Father and God the Mother.

3. What Are the Truths of the New Covenant?

What teachings are included in the New Covenant?

They include the New Covenant Sabbath, the New Covenant Passover, and the seven annual feasts observed in three seasons.

The New Covenant Sabbath

Jesus kept the Sabbath according to the New Covenant.
"He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom."
Luke 4:16

The apostles also followed Jesus' example by keeping the Sabbath.
"As was his custom, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures."
Acts 17:2

The New Covenant Passover

Jesus established and observed the Passover of the New Covenant.
"While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, 'Take and eat; this is my body.' Then he took a cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, 'Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.'"
Matthew 26:26–28

The disciples also continued to observe the Passover by following Christ's example.
"For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the Festival..."
1 Corinthians 5:7–8

In addition, Jesus established and practiced other truths of the New Covenant, including the head covering regulation, the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost), and the Feast of Tabernacles, leaving an example for His followers to observe.

4. The Church of God Keeps the Truth of the New Covenant

According to the teachings of the Bible, the Church of God believes that it is the only church that fully observes the truths of the New Covenant, including the Sabbath and the Passover.

For this reason, the Church of God believes in and follows both God the Father and God the Mother, obeying Their teachings.

We warmly invite everyone to come to the Church of God, keep the truths of the New Covenant, and receive the blessing of the living water from Elohim God.

According to the Bible, God the Mother exists. Therefore, we should believe in God the Mother. The World Mission Society Church of God teaches and believes in God the Mother.

The reason many churches today do not know God the Mother is that they are not in the New Covenant.
Only those who keep the New Covenant, including the seventh-day Sabbath and the Passover, can become God's true children.
I give thanks for opening my spiritual eyes and allowing me to come to know Elohim God.
I will share this precious New Covenant with the whole world and proclaim that Elohim God has come.
    Let's go to heaven together!

Jehovah God prophesied that He would establish a new covenant in the future and acknowledge those who keep the new covenant as His people (Jer 31:31–33). 2,000 years ago, the prophecy was fulfilled through the New Covenant established by Jesus in the upper room of Mark, and today, the Church of God keeps the New Covenant re-established by Ahnsahnghong. Through the Bible, we can realize that the core of the New Covenant is the Passover, and its reality is God the Mother.

The only church that observes all the feasts of the New Covenant according to the teachings of the Bible is the Church of God World Mission Society. We can obtain salvation by going to the Church of God.
