Faith Without Action Is Dead

Many Christians believe that faith alone is sufficient for salvation, asking: "Why do we need to observe religious laws and feasts?" However, James 2:17 clearly teaches that faith without action is dead. True faith in God naturally leads us to respect and practice the decrees He established for our salvation.

Zion: The City of God's Feasts and Forgiveness

In Isaiah 33:20–24, the Bible describes Zion as the city of our appointed feasts. God dwells in Zion as our Lawgiver and King, granting two supreme blessings to those who keep His laws:

Salvation: Guided directly by God who established the covenant.
Forgiveness of Sins: Removing our transgressions through His holy decrees.

Jesus' Warning: "Away From Me, You Evildoers"

In Matthew 7:21–23, Jesus strictly warned that claiming "Lord, Lord" or performing miracles is not enough to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who do the Father's will can enter. When Peter hesitated during the feet-washing ceremony, Jesus declared: "Unless I wash you, you have no part with me". Observing the New Covenant regulations—such as the Sabbath, Passover—is essential for remaining in Christ.

The Faith of Abraham and the Saints of the Last Days

Abraham, the forefather of faith, was blessed because he obeyed God's commands, decrees, and laws (Genesis 26:3–5). Similarly, Revelation 14:12 identifies the saints who escape judgment in the last days as those who keep God’s commandments and remain faithful to Jesus .

God’s laws were not given to burden us, but for our benefit—to make us always prosper and grant us eternal life (Deuteronomy 6:24). Let us honor the New Covenant established by God the Father and God the Mother, and walk the true path of righteousness!

In Zion, which keeps God's feasts, there is the blessing of salvation.
God's feasts include the Sabbath of the New Covenant and the Passover.
The World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) receives the promise of salvation by keeping the feasts of the New Covenant according to the teachings of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother.
